Refund Policy.

I offer a refund policy on all my courses. You can purchase the course and should it not meet your expectations you can ask for a refund by writing to me within 30 days of your purchase.

Please kindly write to me at [email protected] and write REFUND as the subject of the email.

As mentioned in the Terms and Conditions refunds are now available for all the courses on the website www.italianlanguagehub.com  except for the course called "Weekly Dictation Course" (monthly membership). If you wish to stop paying for this membership you can do so by changing the settings in the billing information on your profile on the website www.italianlanguagehub.com. Once you cancel the subscription you will have access for the month paid and subsequently you will loose access to the course. 

I truly believe that we can always improve so if you can and wish to please write the motivation of your refund request and feel free to write any suggestion that you would like to give. I will use your suggestions to find a way to make my courses better and learn from you! Grazie!
